Biography
Dr. Karin E
Peuschel studied Medicine and Molecular Biology at the University of
Zurich, Switzerland, where she also completed her medical thesis in
ophthalmology. She conducted research in prion biology and has published
several scientific findings, including the discovery of the antiviral activity
of propranolol.
She
currently serves as the Director of Dr. med. Karin Peuschel in Zug,
Switzerland, and is actively involved in research in psychiatry and
psychotherapy. Her work spans molecular biology, infectious diseases,
pharmacology, psychiatry, and psychotherapy. She has authored numerous
scientific publications and regularly contributes as a speaker, reviewer, and
organizing committee member at international conferences.
